The Company: A highly successful and growing manufacturing business is currently recruiting a Process Technician to join their team based in South Wales.

The Role:  The Process Technician will be responsible for the setting up and supervision of injection moulding processes and related technical equipment. Tasks will include:

  • Follow procedures regarding tool change start up and shut down
  • Ensure tools are running to standards and are meeting efficiency targets
  • Undertake preventative maintenance of tools and related equipment
  • Shift handover to incoming Process Technician
  • Scrap reduction, cycle efficiencies and submission of startup and process change sheets

The Candidate:  Process Technician

  • Ideally holds an Apprenticeship, HNC or HND or equivalent in an Engineering or technical discipline
  • Must have experience working with injection moulding processes

Salary:  To £32,000
