The Company: A global specialist naval manufacturing business.
The Role: Creating, managing and developing a business unit responsible for the design and development of specialist naval products.
- Oversee product development from concept to manufacture
- Recognise and implement product technology development
- Implement a programme for acoustic measurement and testing
- Prepare reports to an excellent standard
The Candidate:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Physical Science or Acoustics related discipline
- Previous design experience with electro-acoustic sonar transducer technology is highly desirable
- Knowledge of underwater acoustics is essential
- Experience of 1- 3 composite material is essential
