The Company: A specialist defence manufacturer – West of England
The Role: A role has been created for a driven Commercial Officer / Commercial Manager to join a dynamic and growing specialist defence manufacturing business in the West of England..
The role will involve:
- Creating, developing and managing strong commercial contracts on a range of UK and international projects.
- Working within an experienced and focussed commercial team to deliver defined objectives and targets.
- Initiating, developing and managing business relations with clients on an International level – using superb relationship management skills.
- Actively identify new opportunities to develop and grow business opportunities – recommending and advising to senior management and directors as required.
The Candidate:
Qualifications:
- A degree level or equivalent candidate is desirable.
- Experience of working in a commercial defence manufacturing environment.
- A full driving license and passport will also be required.
- Security Clearance is a requirement of the role.
Experience/Skill:
- Proven commercial defence experience is necessary to undertake the role – ideally on an international level.
- Experience of negotiating, creating and developing strong commercial business projects/contracts.
