Job Description:
The Company: A leading specialist supplier within FMCG industries offering innovative products to leading retail chains
The Role: Supporting the management and development of engineering solutions to increase development and profitability of the company.
- Managing new capital projects and associated facilities.
- Procurement of assets, input into engineering and commercial aspects
- Selection of contractors and suppliers
- Team management from specification to commissioning
- Budget management up to £20,000,000 project value
The Candidate:
- HND or Degree in Engineering discipline is advantageous
- Must be from a maintenance and/or manufacturing background
- Budget preparation and improvement experience essential
- Experience is FMCG sector preferred
- Ability to drive forward change and promote new ideas
- Must have attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all departments
