Job Description:

The Company : A well established and growing global manufacturing company currently recruiting a skilled and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and co-ordinate production activities. 

• Manage, direct and co-ordinate all activities in the department ensuring that all KPI’s are met
• Increase productivity across the department through greater efficiency and cross departmental communication
• Effectively plan and co-ordinate feed stock to ensure smooth running of production
• Demonstrate strong management skills in order to ensure the activities of all team leaders and teams results in an efficient and effective department
• Undertake all man management activities pertaining to absence management, disciplinary action and moral management
• Maintain a high level of control and communication across departments 

• Degree qualified in an appropriate engineering or manufacturing subject 
• Previous man management experience within a high volume production environment is essential
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets
• Ambitious with an intuitive approach towards Continuous Improvement 
• A strong commitment to moral ethics 
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly to all levels
